How to get to the Avani+ Palm View Hotel and Suites?

Are pets allowed?

Yes, please come with your dog or cat for additional charge that should cover the cleaning. In case of the damage of the property safe deposit will be deducted on amount of damage.

Children?

No restrictions, for kids 0-3 years old cot and mattress are provide. Please bring your bedding and pillow for infants.

Cleaning and amenities?

In the apartment you will find towels for your stay and set of complimentary essentials (toilet paper, hand soap, laundry and dishwasher pills, slippers, tea, water).

If you will need to renew towels or/and essentials, please inform the host - for the price of 200 AED unit will be cleaned, towels and bedding changes and essentials resupplied on the next day of the request. Payment for cleaning should be done by guest to host prior cleaning.

Is parking available?

Parking entrance at the end of the hole of Avani+ Palm View building, through barrier to downstairs to -1 level.

Charges for EV cars available for additional charge on parking level.

For visitors valet parking is available.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and public areas at Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites. Any kind of smoking is not allowed inside building, apartments and balconies. Smoke detectors are inside apartments and corridors and can cause fire alarm and evacuation of building. Penalties from administration may include cleaning fees, fines, potential eviction from the property.

Please use designated smoking area where guests are allowed to smoke:

• 2nd level, private pool area, ashtrays, sitting area, can call waiter for drinks and food,

• 1st level, next to reception of the hotel and hotel pool, ashtrays, hookah, TVs, sitting area, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and European American food.

• 1st level, restaurant La Sirene, ashtrays, hookah, TVs, sitting area, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and Middle Eastern food.

• Ground level, next to entrance to reception of Suites, ashtrays.
